Terms of Use

1. About the site

This site is run by Ndovu Villas, Turtle Bay, Temple Road, Watamu, Kenya. It gives information about our villas and amenities and lets you ask about a stay.

2. Enquiries are not bookings

Sending a booking request or a WhatsApp message does not reserve a villa. A stay is booked only when we confirm availability and the rate to you in writing and you accept it. Rates, deposits, payment methods and cancellation terms are set out in that written quote and booking confirmation.

3. Information on the site

We take care to keep descriptions, photos and amenity lists accurate, but they are a guide. Rooms, furnishings and facilities can change, and photos show the property as it looks on the day they were taken. Availability and rates are given only in our written reply.

4. Photos and content

The text, photos, video and logo on this site belong to Ndovu Villas or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

5. Using the site fairly

• Do not send us false or harmful information.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the site that are not public.
• Do not use automated tools to collect content from the site.

6. Links to other sites

Links to other websites and to WhatsApp are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for what those services do or say.

7. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website itself. Nothing here limits your rights under Kenyan consumer law, or our responsibilities for your stay under the written booking confirmation.

8. Your details

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
